The magazine reflection!

What I have learned from working on the magazine was how my writing has grown a lot from the beginning of the year. I even learned how to get my writing flow with structure, due to all the critiques I received from my classmates and Randy. Their was so much editing to my article because I chose to do it on one of my previous blogs which was about my first day at my internship when my mentor and I have never met. From my critiques I had to do so much drafting and revision done to it in order to get a well thought out piece. I even found a well great idea for making my layout by getting a good idea from National Geographics. The work I used as a model good work was National Geographics magazine because the images they used were amazing and the articles were we explained and detailed. The pictures I used were also a good example of my internship so that people can get familiar with Caltrans. The images I used were from my photo essay and for the image I used in the front cover I thought it was a good image of the work and how my desk would look in my cubical at my internship.

What did you learn?
What I learn from this Project was how to become a better writer and many styles of writing.

How did you learn in?
I learned from my writing to get critiques from my classmates and teachers so that I can get a better view of how writing should be and how drafting and revision is helpful.

Why is this important?
