Newspaper Reflection

In my group my partners and I each worked on a certain topic on one of the Abraham Lincoln and Stephen Douglas debates. Which we then wrote articles to add to the newspaper we made. We all Contributed to the newspaper by adding pull quotes, good headlines, naming paper, adding pictures and captions. But what I contributed to my group’s final product was my pull quote. It even made the paper stand out like a real newspaper. I even help come up with the name of the paper. A thing I contributed to the final product which I would want to improve is my article because I feel like I made it sound to basis and many newspapers aren't basis. Another thing I think I could have done better would also have to be my picture because it was in color and it kind of made the paper look bad because back the there wasn't color pictures. The whole process of this project wasn't all too bad because even though my first rough draft was bad and with help from my group members I got it to look and sound good. There was even times when work went slow and there wasn't much to do but if one of our members needs help I would help. If no one needed help I would try to do something productive like read or try to work on my blog. I think that we got a lot done and manage to do a good job in our newspaper.
