I think Sen. Barack Obama won the first debate on Friday night. Senator Barack Obama was also very confident and knowledgeable in his last two debates against McCain. Senator Barack Obama also had very good body language and great eye contact, which McCain had trouble in almost all the debates. What I’ve notice that the polls for Obama were higher then McCain because many people were more convinced that Obama was a better speaker and made his points clearer. What I analyzed from certain transcripts were that both candidates were both speaking about taxes and how one is about giving to the poor and the other about health care.McCain wants to find a way show people that Obama's plan is wrong.
"Barack Obama's tax plan would convert the (Internal Revenue Service) into a giant welfare agency, redistributing massive amounts of wealth at the direction of politicians in Washington," the Republican candidate said."At least in Europe, the socialist leaders who so admire my opponent are up-front about their objectives. They use real numbers and honest language. And we should demand equal candor from Senator Obama," McCain said.McCain even said Obama's promise of a tax cut to families earning less than $250,000 would get money, when some of those people who owe federal income taxes and contribute in Social Security payroll taxes. One thing I saw from the news and media was that Obama won that debate. Many of the times the polls would rise up when Obama spoke but when McCain spoke it stayed in the middle most of the time or lowered. I even felt that many news and media gave to much support to Obama and gave him more of a better lead to becoming the next President because of race or change. I even saw how both vp's and McCain and were on shows and still didn't get the right respect as when Obama doesn't do shows or tv interviews but many still love him. These are many things I saw from many news and media.
