U.S. to Pledge $1 Billion to Rebuild Georgia

In the article I read how the Bush administration pledged a aid package of $1billion dollars to help rebuild Georgia. When I read this article it made me think about the concept from the Declaration of Independence which was life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness because what the US is trying to do to help rebuild the liberty of Georgia by helping give Georgia its life back to pursuit happiness. This even helps the US because it gives use become allies and opportunity for trade with that country.
